What are the effects of prolonged sleep deprivation in youths? A study by NUS shows that only 15% of secondary school students surveyed slept for at least 8 hours.

Dr. Petrina Wong, Consultant Pediatrician (Respiratory & Sleep) was recently featured in Channel 8’s “Tuesday Report <星期二特写>” a mini docu series titled “Chasing Sleep <追眠人>, which discussed sleep issues in youths.

Hear from Dr Wong as she shares why good quality sleep is important for our health in Ep2 “Youths Dreaming for Sleep”, which featured 3 teens facing insufficient sleep and abnormal sleeping hours.
